Kilbourne does not have a specific Senior Center, yet there are many services provided by local churches, non-profits, and the West Carroll Council on Aging to our community. Opportunities abound for leisure and recreational activities, as well as a place of fellowship and understanding. Dynamically enhancing the physical and social well-being of our seniors, the services offered promote independence and interaction.
